Pursuant to Art. 13 sec. 1 of the general regulation on the protection of personal data of April 27, 2016 (GDPR), I would like to inform you that:

1) The administrator of your personal data is the Director of the Łukasiewicz Research Network – Poznań Institute of Technology based in Poznan, 61-755 at 6 Ewarysta Estkowskiego St.

3) Your personal data will be processed in order to fulfill the employer’s obligations towards future, current and former employees on the basis of the Labor Code and concluded contracts with employees.

4) The recipients of your personal data may be public institutions in accordance with the law, unless the law provides otherwise.

5) Your personal data may be shared with other entities in order to fulfill the obligations and contracts prescribed by law. Data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area or an international organization on the basis of consent of the supervisory authority for administrative provisions between public authorities or entities.

6) Your personal data will be stored for an indefinite period of time, but no longer than required by the provisions of the law relating to a given category of documents.

7) You have the right to access your data and the right to rectify, delete, limit processing, the right to transfer data and the right to object to further processing, and in the case of consent to the processing of data, to its withdrawal. The exercise of the right to withdraw consent does not affect the processing that took place until the consent was withdrawn.

8) If you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.

9) Providing your personal data by you is voluntary or required by the provisions of the Act. The consequence of not providing personal data will be the failure to meet the statutory requirements or the inability to conclude a contract.

10) Your data will not be subjected to profiling.

11) Your data will not be processed in an automated manner.

Pursuant to Art. 21 sec. 4 GDPR, I inform you that you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data. The objection should be submitted to the Data Protection Officer, whose contact details are indicated in point 2. Pursuant to Art. 21 sec. 1 of the GDPR, when submitting an objection, please indicate its reasons related to your particular situation.
